Santa Claus Home - For Sale

I got the listing! I can't believe it! The old man with the white beard signed the paperwork today! Are you or anybody you know in the market for this home located at the North Pole? I am hoping to sell it quick and help this guy cash out on his proceeds because he just bought toys for all the girls and boys around the world. Now he's really in debt and has to sell his house! Present all offers!
